Vègan Tiramisu


Amazing Vègan Tiramisu is my vèrsion of thè classic Italian dèssèrt that is crèamy, pillowy soft, with rich bold flavors. It is not only vègan but also glutèn-frèè, alcohol-frèè and caffèinè frèè.

Ingrèdiènts
For: 24 Sèrvings
Shèèt Cakè

  • 2 cups brown ricè flour
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 cup organic canè sugar
  • 1 tablèspoon baking powdèr
  • 1/2 tèaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil, mèltèd
  • 2 tablèspoons goldèn flaxsèèds, ground
  • 2 tèaspoons vanilla
  • 1 tèaspoon almond flavor

Vègan Mascarponè

  • 1 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 6 tablèspoons canè sugar
  • 1/4 cup cornstarch
  • 2 tèaspoons vanilla
  • 1/4 tèaspoon almond flavor
  • 1/4 tèaspoon salt

For Thè Carob Syrup

  • 3/4 cup watèr
  • 1/2 cup carob powdèr
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tèaspoon vanilla
  • 1/4 tèaspoon salt
  • 1/4 tèaspoon almond flavor
