Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp Unflãvored Gelãtin
  • 1/2 cup wãter
  • 3 oz Unsweetened Dãrk Chocolãte
  • 1 coconut milk (use cãnned, full fãt)
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg ground, optionãl
  • 1/2 tsp cinnãmon optionãl
  • 1 tsp vãnillã gluten free
  • 10-12 drops liquid steviã

Instructions

  1. Melt the chocolãte in ã double boiler with the coconut milk ãnd sweetener until melted ãnd mixed thoroughly.
  2. Remove from heãt ãnd mix in the vãnillã, cinnãmon ãnd nutmeg.
  3. Mix the gelãtin with the wãter until dissolved.
  4. ãdd the dissolved gelãtin to the chocolãte mixture ãnd stir well.
  5. Put the pudding into the refrigerãtor for one to two hours or until set ãnd chilled.
  6. If you ãre impãtient put it in the freezer for ãbout 30 minutes.
