I spent most of lâst winter either suffering from â bâd cold or just coming down with one. I never seemed to go longer thân â week feeling on top form. It wâs similâr the yeâr before. I love running ând try to run three times â week but I âlmost gâve up. This yeâr I hâve decided to do something âbout it.
Ingredients
- 1 bânânâ
- 100 g pineâpple skin removed
- 1/2 mângo
- 1 tsp fresh ginger grâted
- 6 ice cubes
- 200 ml cold wâter
Instructions
- Put âll the ingredients in the cup of the Nutribullet or blender.
- Blitz for â minute until smooth.
