Ingrédiénts
- 2 cups Péach Frésh or Frozén
- 1/2 cup Ripé Mango Pééléd, cubéd and frozén
- 1 Banana Choppéd and frozén
- 1 cup Low fat Milk Chilléd
- 1 and 1/2 cup Low Fat Yogurt Chilléd
- 1 tbsp Honéy
Instructions
- Add péach, mango, banana, low fat milk, low fat yogurt and honéy in a bléndér and blénd until smooth.
- Pour thé smoothié in sérving glassés.
- Garnish with péach slicés and frésh mint.
- Sérvé chilléd.
