Héalthy Péach Mango Smoothié

Ingrédiénts

  • 2 cups Péach Frésh or Frozén
  • 1/2 cup Ripé Mango Pééléd, cubéd and frozén
  • 1 Banana Choppéd and frozén
  • 1 cup Low fat Milk Chilléd
  • 1 and 1/2 cup Low Fat Yogurt Chilléd
  • 1 tbsp Honéy

Instructions

  1. Add péach, mango, banana, low fat milk, low fat yogurt and honéy in a bléndér and blénd until smooth.
  2. Pour thé smoothié in sérving glassés.
  3. Garnish with péach slicés and frésh mint.
  4. Sérvé chilléd.
